Temporary staffing: As an outsourcing partner technokrat is well positioned to assist their client’s HR needs on the given job specifications, however it may be, whether they require work force for a short duration, temporary and/or flexible. Client may avail the services either for full-time, part-time to augment the existing Staffs during peak periods.

Temporary-to-permanent services: The client can hire associates as Interim employees for a limited period of employment; after completion of the project / assignment, the client company has the option before it to absorb the temp staff on its pay roll.
